Pathfinder: Family Court Info (Northern Ireland)

FamilyCourtInfo is a web-based information resource about making arrangements for children whose parents are no longer together, getting a family court order or for other options instead of going to court. It applies to those who wish to make arrangements for children under 16, living in Northern Ireland.

Through our Pathfinder Tool, users can answer a series of questions to navigate to the specific information relevant to their circumstances. They will be guided towards a customised, downloadable summary of the options and steps available to them. These summaries also provide links back to the relevant parts of the main website for more detailed information.

These resources were developed through a Human Centred Design process, funded by the Nuffield Foundation.
