WCA Tribunal Submission

Designed to help make it easier to explain to an appeal tribunal why the decision the DWP made about someone's claim for employment and support allowance, or the limited capability for work element of universal credit claim, is wrong.

After an appeal has been asked for and the appellant has received their appeal bundle, the tool - that has been created in partnership with University House - Legal Advice Centre - helps users write a submission for the tribunal in support of their appeal.
