CourtNav is designed to help people who are experiencing domestic abuse and want to apply for a Non-Molestation and / or Occupation Order, or are completing a divorce petition.

CourtNav asks a series of questions, with the user's answers completing a draft of the relevant court forms, and allows for the upload of related documents.

Applications submitted through CourtNav are checked by a legal adviser on behalf of RCJ Advice who will then advise on the best course of action and next steps.
